VSQI Three Star Rating

In June 2009, Barrett received a 3 star rating from the Virginia Star Quality Initiative. VSQI is a state wide preschool initiative organized by Smart Beginnings of the Virginia Ealy Childhood Foundation and administered locally by Children, Youth, and Family Services. Barrett is proud to be one of the few centers in the Charlottesville area with this rating. We continue to make a quality educational experience a top priority for the center. We will continue to work with the VSQI to make further improvements in the areas of classroom interactions and environment. Much of this involves training our dedicated staff.
